Code of Conduct
Provantage Ltd believes that the company, the economy, and the public benefit if businesses compete vigorously. Provantage, and its representatives will treat its customers, competition and suppliers fairly and will not engage in any practices that unlawfully restrict the free market economy.

Presentation
Whilst on site at a client, representatives of Provantage will at all times comply with the clients dress code, and be fully aware of the nature of the surroundings. Under no circumstances will the conduct of the representative be offensive, glib, bad-mannered, politically incorrect, sexist, or give rise to any concern with regard to the treatment of the clients permenant employees. The representative will always be well dressed, smart, confident, well spoken, and above all have the utmost respect for all people and property around them.

Bribes
Provantage's prime objective is to provide first class IT services to a wide range of customers. No payment either directly or indirectly will be made for the purpose of gaining any business advantage over the competition. Nor will any payment be taken from third parties with reference to confidential information relating to the business practices of any Provantage customers, business allies, or suppliers. Any violation of this policy will result in criminal prosecution.

Gifts
No representative of Provantage will recieve gifts from any client, supplier, or vendor, unless it is of minor value and to refuse the gift would be be deemed to be an insult to the person or organisation giving the gift. Prior to receiving a gift from a client, it must be established that the gift is not desired by permenant employees of the client. Only then can the gift be accepted.

Entertainment
Where appropriate, representatives of Provantage may accept an invitation for entertainment, as long as it is within the boundaries of the contract involved. Occasional meal, trips away, or other forms of entertainment are acceptable if they are connected with a particular project.
