Provantage believes its future rlies upon having the highest possible integrity with regard to any information gathered during the contract. Under no circumstances will any information be passed onto outside agencies about the internal business practices, products, or procedures of the client.

There are occasions where it is necessary to collect information on competitors of the client to establish the performance of their products, marketing processes, or services to provide a reference for similar products provided by the client. There are limits as to how this information is gathered and stealing or industrial espionage are not only illegal, but are totally against the ethics of Provantage. So is gaining information from new contractors or employees who previously have had experience at a competitor of the client. It is totally against all what Provantage stands for by divulging information obtained at a previous contract at a direct competitor of the client.
